MedVantage Health Group needed to unify their disparate systems into a single, compliant web platform to support remote patient consultations, secure electronic medical record access, and automated appointment workflows.
The Business Challenge
The primary challenge was managing HIPAA-compliant data transmissions while maintaining a fluid user interface for doctors and elderly patients under low-bandwidth connections, alongside real-time scheduling syncing.

Our Engineered Solution
We engineered a clean React application backed by a Node.js microservices layer. We integrated WebRTC for peer-to-peer secure video calls and established an encrypted PostgreSQL database. AWS Cognito was implemented for multi-factor authentication, and HL7 integration allowed syncing records with regional hospitals.
