Project Overview
ApexFlow sought a multi-tenant business portal enabling small-to-medium enterprises to manage tasks, run invoicing, visualize team productivity analytics, and automate recurring billings.

ApexFlow required a database isolation pattern for multi-tenant security, coupled with complex reporting engines that needed to compile heavy operational statistics in under 200ms.

Our Engineered Solution
We designed a multi-tenant Next.js application that leverages NestJS on the backend with a logical schema-per-tenant PostgreSQL database configuration. For analytics, we structured aggregated view models in Redis. Stripe Webhooks were utilized for instant billing states.

Frontend: Next.js (App Router) client with Tailwind CSS and Framer Motion.
Backend: NestJS framework with TypeScript, exposing GraphQL APIs.
Database: PostgreSQL (tenant isolated) and Redis for session and cache store.
Third Party: Stripe API for billing, Resend for transactional email alerts.
